Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing MD Saaz Studio. Because each product is handcrafted, we take care to pack every order securely so it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order or customised items may require 7–15 business days for production before dispatch. The estimated production time is mentioned on the product page.
During festive seasons, sales, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed.
You will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping within India

We ship across India through reputed courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other locations, after dispatch. Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
Shipping charges: [Free shipping on orders above ₹[amount]; a flat fee of ₹[amount] applies to orders below that.] Exact charges are displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): available on select pin codes for orders up to ₹[amount]. A COD handling fee of ₹[amount] may apply.

3. International shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide via international courier services.
Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the package.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering. If a shipment is refused or returned because duties were not paid, the cost of return shipping and any charges will be deducted from any store credit issued.
Certain products may be restricted from import in some countries. It is the customer's responsibility to check applicable rules.
Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

4. Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email or phone. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Delivery attempts and address issues

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping; additional shipping charges may apply.
Address changes can be accommodated only before dispatch. Please email us immediately at mail@mdsaazstudio.in if you need to update your address.

6. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier disruptions, strikes, customs holds, or public holidays. While we will do our best to help, we are not liable for delays caused by such factors.

7. Damaged or lost shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept a visibly tampered or damaged parcel if possible, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, ideally, an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
