How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Made-to-order or customised items may need 7 to 15 business days before dispatch. During festive seasons and sales, processing may take slightly longer.
How long will delivery take in India?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days to metro cities and 7 to 10 business days to other locations. Remote areas may take longer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within India is free on orders of ₹5,000 and above. Orders below that have a flat shipping charge of ₹379. The exact charge is always shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries. International delivery usually takes 10 to 21 business days after dispatch. Customs duties and import taxes are charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to become active.
Returns & replacements
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We will replace it free of charge if it arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is the wrong item, or is missing from your order. Email mail@mdsaazstudio.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. An unboxing video helps us process transit damage claims faster.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are handmade in small batches, we follow a replacement-only policy, with cash refunds only in limited situations. Please read our full refund policy for details.
Can I send an item back without contacting you?
No. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?
Every piece is handcrafted, so small variations in colour, texture, grain and finish are natural. They are part of what makes each item one of a kind and are not considered defects.
Can you help me choose the right piece or size for my wall?
Of course. Send us a photo of your space and your wall measurements at mail@mdsaazstudio.in and we will suggest options.
